Generating a Reconciliation Report

1) On the left side navigation hover over the “reports” icon and then select Reconciliation Report.
2) Enter the date range during which you performed your inventory. Remember, any audit dates that are before or after this range will be considered not verified, so be sure to include all dates during which the inventory was performed. Then click the “Generate” button.
3) After a few minutes your report will be automatically downloaded to your computer. If it is not please click the button inside the success message to manually download your report.
4) When you open your report the first tab will be a list of all of your assets with their associated reconciliation status. You will also have seperate tabs for:
Found: asset was audited and found in the same location as expected in the system.
Changed: asset was audited but was found in a different location than expected. You will see the current Site and Location as well as the Last Known Site and Locations.
Addition: new assets added during the audit period.
Not Verified: assets not scanned during the audit. These assets may be missing or were simply missed during the audit.
