Position Overview

We are searching for a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team and support K-12 School District accounts in the Southeast Territory. This is a sales position working with public school district Finance and IT leaders.

Your main goal as an Account Executive will be to drive net new sales opportunities while managing upsell opportunities within your territory. In this role, you will partner with internal and external teams to drive new business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract close. You will get the opportunity to sell our entire product platform including software, services and consulting to find the best solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

    • Prospect and Identify Leads: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers within the K-12 Public School market. 
    • Utilize various tools like; Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other resources to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
    • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate outreach to prospects via phone calls, Zoom calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Divot Asset’s solutions and understand their specific needs.
    • Prospect Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads by asking questions to determine their challenges, goals, and fit with our software offerings. 
    • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Develop and execute strategies to ensure quota attainment and contribute to Divot Asset’s pipeline goals.
    • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide weekly reports on your activities, lead status, and conversion rates to support our continuous improvement efforts. Analyze data and work closely with the Sales Manager to provide accurate sales forecasts. 
    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with Opportunities and Accounts in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Ability to travel in territory up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • – At least 4 years of B2B or Public Sector sales experience
  • – Live within the territory
  • – Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin and other similar sales tools
  • – Prior experience selling to the K-12 market is a plus
  • – Must be able to pass a background check and valid driver’s license
  • – BA/BS degree preferred

As an Inventory Specialist at Divot Assets, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular physical inventory audits, reconciling inventory variances, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of asset data. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile variances between physical counts and system records.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather asset information and update databases accordingly.
  3. Identify and investigate discrepancies in asset records, working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Generate reports on inventory levels, asset utilization, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making.
  6. Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries related to inventory and asset data.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role, preferably in the field of fixed asset management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in using asset management software and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to asset management is an advantage.

As a Product Manager at Divot Assets, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of market-leading solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to conceptualize, plan, and execute product initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, defining product requirements, and championing the development process from ideation to launch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-impact products that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  5. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding product-related inquiries and updates.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  9. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform future product iterations and enhancements.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the product development process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology-driven environment, preferably in asset management.
  3. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
  6. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  7. Familiarity with fixed asset management principles and practices is advantageous.
