Our Physical Inventory Audit Process
PHASE 1
Preparation
During the preparation phase we work with you to come up with a process, a schedule, and a plan for your audit. We also assist you in downloading your current fixed inventory asset file.
PHASE 2
On-Site Audit
During the on-site audit our highly trained team performs a wall-to-wall audit of all district buildings and sites while minimizing any disruption to the learning environment.
PHASE 3
Reconciliation
Upon completion of the physical audit we perform a complete reconciliation against your current fixed assets record. Along with a detailed final report, we help you upload your new asset file into your software of choice.

Every district is a little bit different, but on average we estimate about one day onsite per 1,000 students in the district.
We sure do, and with in-house printing we offer no minimums and very fast turn-around times.
We perform audits year-round. Every district has their own needs and we work hard to accomodate whatever is best for your district.
