Sending a Password Reset Link will send an automated email to the user’s email address with a link allowing them to reset their own password. Password Reset Links can also be sent out in bulk.
Individual Password Reset Link
1) Navigate to the Users list. Then click on the User’s username.
2) Click on the Send Password Reset Link button to send an automated email to the user’s email address with a link for them to reset their password.
Bulk Password Reset Link
1) Navigate to the Users list. Then select the checkbox next to users that should received a Password Reset Link. Then select Send Password Reset Link from the dropdown menu and then click “Go” to send a Password Reset Link to all selected users.
