1) On the left side navigation select “Payments” to view a list of all payments.
2) To filter your payments list select the filter icon in the upper right corner (magnifying glass).
3) You can now filter your report by Site, Grade Level, Fee Type, Paid Status, or Insurance. After you have entered your desired parameters click the “Apply” button.
4) Your payments list will now reflect the applied filters. (Note: your filters will stay applied until you go back to the filters screen and click on the “Clear” button followed again by the “Apply” button to remove filters)
5) To export a spreadsheet or PDF of your current list view click on the Export button in the upper right corner of your screen.
6) Payment reminders can be sent out individually or in bulk (select all checkboxes for reminders to be bulk sent). Reminder emails will go to the email on file for the user as well as any additional email addresses that were included in the original payment request.
