You can set the Reply To name and email address for notifications that are sent to users from your K12 Asset Pro account. This includes notifications for Fines, Overdue Assets, Checkout Reports. Emails will still come from K12 Asset/noreply@k12asset.com, however if a notification recipient tries to reply to that email it will be sent to the address that you have specified so that you can see the reply.
If you do not specify Reply To information your notifications will be sent from the default un-monitored email address: noreply@k12asset.com.
Note: when specifying a different Reply To address there is always the possibility of emails being flagged as Spam. While this generally does not happen we always encourage you to send a test email to your own email address to check for deliverability.
1) You must be logged in with an Admin user account. Navigate to the Admin Settings by clicking the double gear icon in the top right of your screen.
2) Select the Notifications settings.
3) In the Reply To Email field enter the email address that you would like replies to be sent to. In the Reply To Name select the display name that you would like for the Reply To email address. Then click Save. After saving we recommend sending a notification to your own email address to ensure deliverability and check for spam filtering.
