Updating/Re-Installing Scanner Software

First: Uninstall Current Software

1) Press and hold on the K12 Asset Pro icon

 

2) Click on “App Info”

 

3) Click “Uninstall” and then Confirm when prompted

Next: Download New Software

4) Use your finger to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app drawer

5) Click on “Play Store”

6) Click in the search bar at the top of the screen

7) Search “K12 Asset Pro”

8) Select “K12 Asset Pro”

9) Click “Install”

10) Click “Open”

11) Log in using your regular credentials! (Your client name will be the XXXX part of your school’s URL: https://XXXX.k12asset.com)
